Our Story

We first met over seven years ago while working at Target. Brandon quickly noticed Jordan from across the store — the cute new girl in beauty. Even though he worked all the way on the other side, he came up with a plan to talk to this beautiful girl. When he was sent to retrieve a makeup product for an online order, he sought out Jordan for help. “Do you think this eyeshadow would go well with my eyes?” he asked. She laughed and told him that brown would obviously suit his eye color better — after all, she had definitely noticed how pretty his blue eyes were.

Brandon later coordinated a bowling day with several coworkers, making sure to invite Jordan — and she happily accepted. They ended up being the best bowlers there, locked in an intense but friendly competition. That day is where everything really began to click. From then on, they spent almost every minute together. Some of their favorite activities included bowling, hiking, hanging out with friends, playing video games, and watching movies — including the best (and worst) Spider-Man of all time: Spider-Man 3.

Brandon and Jordan's bond only grew stronger as time went on. Days turned into months, and months quickly turned into years. They felt as though they had known each other forever, yet at the same time, it felt like no time had passed at all. They couldn’t imagine their lives without one another and felt endlessly lucky that their paths had crossed — a girl from Florida and a boy from Illinois. Though they never thought they could love each other more than they already did, their love continued to grow every single day. Whether exploring the world together or enjoying a quiet night in, they always felt grateful and joyful to share life with one another.

They will always love each other to the moon and back.
